Our Little Tigers class is a perfect introduction to martial arts. Our class is based around the fundamentals of sport including developing; balance, agility and coordination. All lessons include an element of play, skill development and martial arts training.

Our Kids Kung Fu Classes are an excellent way to get your children active, teach them discipline and build self confidence. Our kids classes teach a full grading syllabus, practical martial arts applications and incorporate lots of fun and games. All instructors are fully trained, DBS certified and have received up to date safeguarding training.

Our Junior/Adult Kung Fu Classes are more than just a martial art class they are a community. Our members not only talk about how they are getting fitter, improving their confidence and enjoying learning new skills, they also talk about how they love the friendships that they have formed through our classes.

Kickboxing is the sport element of kung fu training. While most traditional martial artists do sparring and kickboxing as part of their training, our kickboxing class focuses entirely the sport side of the training. This does not mean you have to be super-fit to join this class. You just have to be willing to turn up to training and work hard and we will help you to achieve the rest.
Some of our students will choose to compete in tournaments, others are happy with just the training. Whatever your goal our team have the skill and experience to help you achieve it.
Qi Gong

Qigong, pronounced “chee-gong,” is a practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that involves coordinating body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation to cultivate and optimize the flow of “qi” (vital energy) for improved health and well-being.
QiGong classes are suitable for adults of all ages and will support anyone from those training at a high level to those who do little to no exercise.
The healing and energising movements help to reduce stress, promote both balance and mobility and provide cognative stimulus, essential to promoting mental wellbeing.
Nei Gong

NeiGong meaning “internal skill” or “internal strength,” refers to a set of advanced practices within the Chinese martial arts and Daoist traditions, focusing on cultivating internal energy (Qi) and promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being
Each session will usually consist of both walking and guided seated meditations.
Students in the NeiGong classes often report healing experiences including feelings of wellbeing, acceptance and love.
Most sessions also include a time for students to sit and reflect on their experiences, thoughts and feelings in a safe and secure environment.
RAID Self Defence

R.A.I.D, which stands for Rapid Action Initiate Defence is research based and pressure tested approach to self defence.
The RAID system equips students with the skills they need to increase survivability on todays streets.
The system focuses specifically on intuitive concepts which can be applied 3600 during high stress scenarios.
RAID Self Defence classes will cover:
Breakaway concepts; the sucker punch defence; ground assaults; multiple attackers; edged weapon attacks and much more.
